How long does it take to process my return
We aim to process your return ASAP.
Please allow 5-7 working days from date of receipt.
Don’t worry our amazing returns team will notify you once we have received your item and keep you updated.
If the item you received is faulty, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your original order number.
We are super quick at processing your order to ensure we get your item to you as soon as possible.
This means we may not be able to cancel/amend your item once your order has been processed.
